Joshua and Jordan were great - they loaded my things into a U-haul box carefully and efficiently. Joshua called because he was concerned they were going to be late because of an issue with picking up the U-haul box at the warehouse. It turns out they weren't late but I appreciated the call. A few minutes after they left my house I realized I had forgotten to put a chair in the box. I called Joshua and they were able to come back so we could add it. Really appreciate their professionalism and helpfulness!
