John and Josh were amazing! They were so helpful and worked so hard for the entire time! They were meticulous about the placement of things and were very careful with everything. Very friendly! Eric and I spoke to run through my booking when I placed it. He reached out again a couple of days before service to see if there were any changes. On the day, the guys arrived on-time, we’re very courteous and quickly got to work. Everything was moved with care. I was very happy with Eric, and his crew. Absolutely recommend them.

One of the movers was incapable of doing the job. He was taking long breaks, sitting in the car, or sitting down while the other mover did the majority of the work. The move took several hours longer than it should have as a result. They also said my couch wouldn't fit through the door, but the actual issue was that Kevin couldn't lift anything due to cramping for hours. I had to hire and pay for separate movers over the weekend who got the couch upstairs in less than 10 minutes. There was two inches of clearance getting the couch in so it was easy. We did not have to remove a door. When discussing this with the moving company, there was a lot of client-blaming and no taking of responsibility for their employee's inability. No apologies. Just mostly snarky texts insinuating this was my fault and I should have called earlier in the day to complain about them.
