First of all, they are good guys presenting great professionalism when helping us actually load and unload items. That's why we tipped them. However, communication could have been better before they arrived. More active communication was needed if you were about to arrive literally 2 hours late, so that your clients wouldn't have 1) been waiting anxiously unable to get ahold of you, and 2) scheduled uhaul pickup and dropoff so much earlier.

Moving helpers were not careful with my furniture and damaged almost all of it. One bureau was damaged so badly it had to be thrown out, including the 2 drawers they broke. Movers damaged both apartments, one in the hallway walls, front door and frame, and the porch. The other they damaged the hallway walls. One mover reeked of marijuana. They rolled my dining room table down the hallway instead of taking the top off and carrying it out. They did not listen to directions. I would never book with them again. I have a dispute case open with movinghelp.com

I was traveling by uhaul across country. It was by far a Divine Transition... inclusive of the impeccable packing of the truck, reinforcement to ensure safe travels and care put into the entire process start to finish. In a 15' truck not 1 shift of anything nor was anything broken. I drove from CT to California. Very grateful for the experience. Highly recommend and would hire again. Very knowledgeable in moving, packing and .... Thank you, again, to the team!
