The only reason these guys have five star reviews is because the owner bribes you to leave a good one. This company was a headache from the start. The owner texted me after we booked and said he had to take 30 minutes off our allotted time for a travel fee. I would not have booked them if I realized they were coming from far away. The day of the move the guys started out strong, but towards the end they were intentionally running out the clock. With an hour left they were told to bring the two remaining dressers over and they could finish up. They did not wrap the dresser in the provided cloths which we told them to use. After moving the first one they suddenly wrapped the second one. Turns out because they had chipped and damaged the first one. Also dented & damaged the hallway. Then the owner hits us with an additional hour- $120. They flew out of there realizing they caused damage. Then owner asked me to write a five star review & then he will reimburse us. I will add pics.
