Took multiple days to connect by phone. Incredibly flexibly when elevator was broken and needed to delay move in by a few hours. One of the helpers left with key card to access building after the move and took two weeks to return it. I provided my mailing address and was told three times he would put it in the mail the next morning. Kept offering the excuse that he couldn't drive back to the location because it was too far, but he just never bothered to put it in the mail.
