They confirmed the timing the night before. Although they confirmed for 8.30 AM, I wasn’t notified until 9.30 AM that the movers were in an accident (they were OK) and that I should either cancel the reservation or wait until noon for a new team. This left me with a choice to either move myself for wait 4 hours for a new team since I had already reserved the U-Haul and my parents flew-in the same morning to help drive me 1600 miles. Once the new team arrived around noon, they were speedy. However, they were not very careful with my belongings. Throwing boxes that said fragile and glass. It was too late to say anything after witnessing them throwing those boxes and hearing smashes as it hit the U-Haul floor. Since there was a last minute change to the reservation time, they offered me 20 percent back. I have not received that 20 percent back. If you’re not on a strict time schedule and don’t have valuable things, then this moving group is cheap and fine.

I was worried that they might not show up or there would be communication issue after reading some reviews. However, they showed up 15 min early and finished 2 hours early. They did fantastic job!!!

Great job moving the contents of our U Box to the second floor apartment on a hot day. Handled all fragile items without damage. A bit of a language barrier, but all was handled to our satisfaction

I would have liked a bit more of a heads up that communication would be a bit of a challenge. One of my movers was deaf and the other only spoke Spanish. It made it a bit more difficult by they were very quick in understanding what I was saying and super helpful.

Cannot recommend highly enough. I wildly underestimated the amount of time and effort it would take to complete my move. When we realized how much longer it was going to take we asked the guys if they could stay longer. They had another job starting an hour after ours was scheduled to complete, so we reached out to the office to see if they could stay longer. The coordinator found another crew to handle the next job and let our guys stay another 4.5 hours. Our move would have been awful if they hadn't helped us out. They get our highest recommendation.
