Generally it was an experience that was helpful because I had movers that did a great job. However the point person or owner called me when I was driving to my destination and actually started putting pressure on me when I wasn't even at my location. Then after the move was done we had a discussion in which he told me that he had never been paid the deposit from U-Haul even though I had just provided him the code for that payment. I told him that the estimate would be an additional $300 more based on the fact that he had extra people and extra time. Instead of just figuring it out and giving me that figure he started fighting with me and then when I didn't agree to him recharging me for the additional deposit that I had already given to U-Haul he threatened to call the police on me. so instead I called the police and then he gave me the amount of extra straight out. I will never use this company again because of the owner.
