Well for starters, there should be an option of NO STARS because that's exactly what they deserve! They were extremely unprofessional & negligent in all aspects of the 'moving service' they provided. They damaged my entryway & took a chunk out of my wall. I notified them immediately to come back & see the damage for themselves, but they ghosted me. When I brought it to their attention that I seen them step on my futon & almost break it, there was no apology or empathy whatsoever. They are currently refusing to fix or pay for the damages, & they are also accusing me of being a scammer & saying that I am trying to get out of paying. They have already been pain in FULL...my bank statement can attest to that. Save yourself the hassle, stress & headache...find another company besides this one to move your things. A company with integrity & good work ethic...because Blaq Heights MCH is not it!
