Good communication between HQ and customer; however, there seemed to be a break in messaging from HQ to moving helpers. I spoke to Dawn ahead of time and advised we'd be moving from an apt to truck to U-box AND provided reference videos + ample details. We worked with Noby, Roscoe and OG for 3 hours. Hiccup with the elevator caused delays - moving helpers notify your customer so they can take steps to rectify rather than losing time. I was dismayed to see subpar packing technique used for the 10' box truck to U-box. I've moved every 4-years for 15+years and am a savvy packer, I could have packed more into the space provided. We provided and offered movers supplies that did not get utilized, such as furniture pads and shrink wrap, I fully expect our furniture to be damaged upon arrival from CC move. All said, I truly believe the team put forth their best effort and for that I'm grateful. You get what you pay for - 3 helpers for 3 hours under $200 is a GREAT DEAL. Overall thumbs up!
