Jason was very responsive and clarified my details, as we had 2 locations to drop items (storage unit and home). The Team, Clark and Lorenzo were professional, very thorough and helpful with getting items to their location in such a tight space. They were pleasant and patient and joked a bit with my cousin (my personal Team lead) during the process. We even had to drive back to the storage unit because an item meant for storage was packed early on the truck causing us to have to empty the truck to reach it. All in all, we finished in the right time and I am so thankful they were assigned to my job request. What an awesome team from Moving Out. (Not sure if I should add this, but below this section in the survey app is a tip request. I am not adding s tip here because I tipped in person. Please don't view the missing tip in this survey app as something negative towards the Moving Out Helpers.)
