Movers - Broke my new electric fireplace Broke my antique hutch Movers Need to wear appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) - safety shoes, gloves, and back harness. Shorts and sneakers should not be allowed. Do not bring your family (wife) on moving jobs. Not professional.

Our helpers were an hour late due to some miscommunication, but Edwin and DJ were great. They were strong and enthusiastic, with good ideas as to how to move our furniture. They handled things gently, and were very professional and engaging. They packed the truck tightly and safely. I’d have them help us again. You should too!

I love a company that does what it promises. These guys were super professional, taking great care not to harm the walls or elevator or furniture. They defied the laws of physics by getting my super-long couch in the elevator. Got the job done efficiently, safely, and with a sense of humor. Can’t ask for more.

This was a very unprofessional job. They were supposed to arrive at 6 PM, and didn't arrive until 1015 PM. I had to call them to ask them when they were arriving, rather than them calling me and telling me they'd be late. They changed the arrival time from 6, to 9, to then 10 PM. Sure, they helped move my stuff, but they didn't pack it well and were trying to rush through the job so they could go home. I ended up having to re-pack stuff after they left because they packed it poorly and loosely. Had I not changed the way they packed it, I would've had fragile boxes falling off shelves during the move. Then, the head guy had the audacity to ask me for a tip at the end, after they did a bad job. I paid $150 total for this job and got nowhere near that value.

Edwin and DJ helped with the move. Both gentlemen were excellent professional movers. The owner Rose not so much. She had a bad attitude and doesn’t know how to resolve customer concerns.
