The service was excellent, the movers were kind and courteous. The only issue we ended up having was some of things we're packed were packed improperly and we ended up with broken items discovered after we arrived at our final destination.

From the moment I was contacted to schedule my move until the last item was loaded on the truck, I was super impressed. I was so happy with the quality of the individuals that came to do the work that I scheduled them a second time to help unpack our truck. I originally planned to do it myself but when you can hire a company that checks all the boxes, you do business a second time without question!

Malcolm and Tyrese couldn't have been better - they were fantastic, professional, and patient with my micro-managing the placement of every little thing. They also helped me unload and reload my car to the trailer and had to jump the car as well. Extremely happy with ProMoves. Tony was also a pleasure to deal with. Thank you very much!!
