A Qualified Mover

First I booked for the morning and they called me asking to move to the afternoon. Then the morning of my move I was called directly by the helper asking for additional money for quote -travel-.I called U-Haul who told me this should never happen and all fees are collected during my original booking on the U-Haul website. Once I said no to the helper that I already paid through the website for the help he backed off. I’m worried how many people they have gotten more money out of who didn’t say no. They did a wonderful job loading and unloading but I’m very put off by them trying to get more money from me dishonestly. I wouldn’t recommend them purely for that reason.

I would never hire them again for a job! They were supposed to load then unload my belongings but instead of unloading, they left my furniture outside to burn in the hot sun! They told me they had to leave for another job instead of finishing their job which they were paid for. He also made me Venmo him 50 dollars because elevator was out of order and he had to go up 7 steps to the second floor. Very unsatisfied, unprofessional and I would never choose them again!
