Truly awful! There was a language barrier with the movers and the way they loaded the truck was an absolute disaster. I have not unloaded yet, but I'm sure there will be a lot of broken furniture. They were in such a hurry, they were not careful and literally threw things on the truck. I also could not shut the door completely because of the way they loaded. I can't shut the door, so I also can't lock it. The truck is currently sitting at my community center in a non gated, unguarded community so I hope my stuff is still in it tomorrow morning!!!

The guys were hard workers and knew what they were doing. Unfortunately they didn’t speak any English. If I had known this I would have chosen a different company. The process would have gone much quicker and more efficient if we could communicate. I ended up getting nicked for an extra half hour while we were trying to figure out payment when it was all done. If you’re going to work here, you need to be able to speak the language.
