We Are Moves

Company sent one person to do a job that required two. Delivered one box and then disappeared for 4.5 hours before they brought the second box. Had said they would be back in an hour. Did not respond to phone calls. Came back two days later to finish the job and that was only because otherwise they would not have been paid. Will not utilize this provider again. Service and communication were definitely not acceptable. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Driver dropped off storage units (late) and said he was picking up his buddy and would be right back. Did not return so my son and I ended up unloading one unit. After I called and complained, he showed up alone the next day. I still had to pay the full cost of the move as he refused to reimbuse for anything. Would not use again.

We Are Moves was very quick when loading my U Box container. I had a very large custom made bed frame that took 3 men to get into my apartment. With We Are Moves, one man was able to get it out of my apartment and down a flight of stairs into the container. I would strongly recommend this moving service.

Glenn was great. Very polite and was able to move all my furniture by himself! Got me out of a jam to be able to deliver and unload my 2 boxes when the original moving help valued on me 1 hour before they were supposed to arrive!
