Overall great experience.They care when they pack. They try their best to ensure the items in the containers are packed carefully and tight to help prevent shaking during the shipping process. The only thing I would suggest for them is to start carrying a small tool bag just in case something needs to be dismantled and the person paying for the service does not have the necessary tools.
