Came early even tho I previously told them several times that I would not be able to make it to the property in the afternoon. Then tried to use that as paid time. Dumped everything in my first floor and garage, half hazard. Refused to finish the job. Said ‘Victor’ was supposed to send another crew later to finish. Proceeded to tell me I had to give them the payment code. I refused until the job was done. I said I’d call ‘Victor’, which I did. Followed by texts. He was literally texting me back as ‘Victor’ while standing in front of me. It’s literally only my daughter and I. Now I’ve had to pay for an additional moving company to move the boxes and furniture. Completely unprofessional!

They did an incredible job of loading the truck in an organized manner and saving as much space as possible. They were diligent and super helpful and super sweet. I would highly recommend.
