Communication was great. Guys were on time, very courteous, super nice guys. They were NOT skilled movers. I have made MANY moves and packed numerous storage units, cars, trucks, etc. It is an art. I had to leave a few things behind bc space in the truck was not well utilized. I reorganized a few things at the end to fit two chairs they told me could not be loaded. They put two occasional tables and a specialty lamp loose in the trick and all were broken. Expensive glass top table was chipped. I hired moving help and got general laborers.
