Damaged my $10K French door by not loading it properly secured vertical along the side wall of the truck beyond the sliding truck door. Instead they leaned it against boxes in the middle of the truck thereby warping it. Also damaged a cabinet by placing heavy plastic grain containers on top without any type of padding between - I provided padding for furniture.
