Don, the owner was excellent. He's owned his company for 13 years, so he truly knows what he's doing. He showed up 10 minutes early to assess the work. Once his two employees arrived, he helped for almost 2 hours before heading to his next job. The two employees were excellent. They loaded and unloaded at our new home. The work took an hour longer than what I booked, and they were happy to stay longer to finish the job. I will definitely be using Pac Pro in the future. We have a 3-bedroom home and moved 15 minutes away. The load and unload took about 12 labor hours (6 hours with 2 guys). Nothing broke!
