I hired this Moving Help provider through U-Haul, and the experience was extremely disappointing. During unloading, they used a dolly that caused permanent damage to my apartment’s vinyl flooring. The scuff marks stretch from the entryway through the living room, following the exact path they used to roll heavy tubs. I tried contacting the mover the same day, but got no response. I followed up again the next morning. He admitted to using the dolly in those areas but denied responsibility for the damage. The flooring is vinyl and may require full replacement due to how deep and widespread the marks are. He dismissed the issue, missed the follow-up visit, and eventually stopped responding altogether. Because my renters insurance does not cover this type of damage, I am now working directly with my landlord to resolve the issue and obtain a repair estimate. Use caution when booking, especially if you live in a rental or have vinyl floors. I would not recommend this provider to anyone.

Fast and efficient. Noticed everything from the precious moving help load as they were used to unload. Took care of everything and noticed if anything was damaged. Communication was on point.

Everything went so smoothly. Movers were rapid, but also careful with our belongings. The walk and stairs were an obstacle to move furnitures to the new house, but the movers were extremely helpful.

Chris and Maurice were fantastic! They arrived early and ready to work. Chris packed our truck with next level Tetris skills and they did it in record time. I can not say enough good things about these guys. Communication was on point and they were careful and courteous with our things. If I could give more stars I would!
