I've used many moving services through U-haul and this was my worst experience. The movers did not listen when I asked them to set boxes and bags in certain rooms, they threw my items around, broke things, went through my taped up boxes. Overall, I was not happy with the service provided.

Great company to move with! I had asked for upfront communication about a bed base that was heavy due to their upcharges and this was not given to me until the move was almost complete, so I took of a few stars for that and the up charges but other than that they were great! Definitely recommend despite the upcharges.

Elijah and Paul were top notch! They were very friendly and helpful and had no complaints even though they had to help me move everything from the THIRD floor!! They knew how to protect my things and were EXCELLENT organizers - I drove all the way from Florida to Arkansas with a full 15' truck and nothing shifted or was broken! I highly reccommend this company and truly appreciate the service that I booked last minute.
