Very responsive, I really appreciated that. Eric reached out to me within an hour of completing my online reservation to confirm all details. He also confirmed a day before the appointment. Guys were courteous and very careful with my items, and took care not to scratch anything, the house’ corners and walls etc. They’ve unloaded the fully loaded 20’ Uhaul track very quickly. Dakota and Eric were awesome! Professional and courteous! They arrived on time and ready to work. They stayed constantly moving the entire time. No lull moments or downtime. They carried both of my dressers with the drawers in them! Strong men! I couldn’t have asked for better service! I would recommend them to anyone!

I highly recommend US Movers to anyone in the Jacksonville area who needs local movers. I had US Movers load UBoxes for me and had an extremely easy and stress-free experience. Eric, the owner, and Dakota showed up early for our appointment, and they were both extremely courteous, professional and efficient. They were able to load all of the belongings from my 2 bedroom apartment in under two hours and handled all of my belongings with great care and delicacy. Eric is a wizard with loading and packing the UBoxes in a strategic way. Overall, it was an incredibly smooth process and I would hire US Movers again in a heartbeat!
