I’ll be honest, I cancelled my previous movers day of for these guys after seeing so many rave reviews. I asked them to load up a Pod. The guys were respectful and fast. The job was about 75 minutes, if that. However, how they packed the Pod left me a little uneasy. Boxes with fragile stickers were precariously near the top of the box and I had to ask multiple times for them to use ratchet straps. They said it was packed so tight we should be fine, but the people who came to pick up my cube the next day were concerned with how it was filled. I asked twice to use the straps, the first time they were not used and towards the end I got them to use one strap towards the front of the cube. My stuff is traveling over 15 hours on truck. I just wanted it to be as secure as possible. I’m not overly worried but I am worried. The guys were nice and I’d recommend them for most any other job. But I’m pretty certain things will be broken when I unload. And I bought this equipment that went unused.

The two young men sent out to help were phenomenal, great workers. I didn’t realize until after they left that the couch wasn’t put back together but I’m sure they would have if asked.

Probably my best experience with movers. They were very careful with my stuff. No scratched walls noted. Nothing was broken nor damaged. They made sure everything was put the way I wanted it. Most importantly, they were nice, humble, and professional.
