I was going to give at least two stars, because the younger worker was friendly and they moved much furniture, but I just discovered the broken head of one of my figurines on the floor by the door. They were in such a rush to get in and out that they busted some boxes and left one of them behind, the box itself broken and the contents on my floor.

Mover arrived over 1.5 hours late . Didn’t communicate until 15 minutes before appointment. Durning the move one was very unprofessional acted like he didn’t know it was a load and unload . Messed up my wall and stairway .Smelled like alcohol . Drop a dresser didn’t bother to pick up clothes . Won’t use again . Had to back and forth about paying after the service was complete not before
