T and AJ (I think that’s their names!) were great! They finished early and were very careful with our things. They made sure they organized everything in the UHAUL in the most efficient and safest way. Would definitely hire them again if we come back to Jax!

Mike and DaKwon (sp?) were my moving helpers, and they were wonderful. They were able to come earlier than the scheduled time, and called ahead to make sure it was okay, which I was more than okay with. They were both very polite, respectful, and careful with my belongings while moving and loading the moving truck. They were very efficient and were done pretty quickly. I am very satisfied with the service they provided and will recommend this moving company to anyone here in town. Thank you!

I've used many moving services through U-haul and this was my worst experience. The movers did not listen when I asked them to set boxes and bags in certain rooms, they threw my items around, broke things, went through my taped up boxes. Overall, I was not happy with the service provided.
