I told the movers that we anticipated not everything would fit, and we were okay with that. We wanted to focus on the big items instead of trying to fit everything. They assured me that they could fit everything, which they did. They stayed a little later, which I told them they didn't have to do, and I appreciated their work. Then I saw how they packed everything. Furniture and children's cribs are scratched, torn, broken, and warped. We had some of these items on previous moves and other movers never had an issue or stretched anything. These movers threw items into the back and poorly packed items. It's frustrating as every single item now ranges from scratches to being broken.
