The movers damaged my 43inch VIZIO Smart TV. The TV was dropped and then to add insult to injury one of the movers carried the damaged TV along with another 40inch VIZIO Smart TV. He struggled carrying a TV under each arm causing further damage to the 43inch TV after being dropped and letting it slip and fall onto the steps. I don't understand why the mover would carry two TVs up flights of stairs.

Showed up 1 hour late. Did get a text saying would be late. Would not give a time of arrival when I was told on the way. When they showed up more concerned if I had the code to get paid. Then being late made me return the truck late and cost me.
