This was a nightmare They were suppose to arrive at 9 am larry called me on Friday to tell me they would be arriving sat at 9 am they did not show. I called four times starting at 7 am to confirm again the 9 am time when they did not show up I called uhaul and spoke with Jordan and she transferred me to the movers help where I was told via automation my wait time was over an hour. I went onto chat with us where Sharon sent an emergency email to the movers and he finally called me back at after 12 saying he lost track of time and could be there in an hour and 15 min. Showed up at one thirty and they were nice but complained I had stairs. They moved very slow and kept taking breaks and with an hour left to go they said we are just going to put everything downstairs. So now I have to move the stuff upstairs. the entire 3 hrs I was a mover and it nearly killed me bc he says he was tired from doing field work all day. It was the worst experience. I want to be refunded.
