The movers were efficient and quick; I was on the second floor (they did not charge extra for that). They were even kind enough to take some time to help me sort through a bunch of stuff I had stored in random boxes. Would definitely use this company again! 10 out of 10 experience!!

Poor communication. On two separate occasions, I gave specific instructions on how to find our house. These instructions were not relayed to the crew on move in day, which resulted in lots of confusion on their end and them arriving an hour late. They weren't happy, we weren't happy. There was also a language barrier as we do not speak Spanish, so there were numerous boxes that ended up in the wrong room. This created more work for us. I've hired movers several times with Uhaul and usually receive outstanding service. The service I received from this company was average and the communication was terrible.

I hired Mr. Help Solutions at the last minute, on the same day, to move, and they accepted the job without any problems. Alejandro, Kerwuins, and Angel, were very professional. They moved all of my things with care and did not damage any of my property, and placed all of the things where I wanted them to go. They worked as a team, and the loading and unloading were very fast. You should hire Solutions Mr. Help for your moving needs. I recommend them, wholeheartedly. They were AWESOME!
