It was a nightmare. That guy from the company sent me Those 2 guys they claimed they didn't speak English, I pointed what needed to go, but they keep ignoring me, I told them what was trash but that guy put it in the truck and sounded like they were playing games with me., they were no help, I had to guide them how to load my car properly because they did it wrong the first time. they were unprofessional I understood one of them cursed at me told me 'merde' and they refer to me as nigger to each other. They disappear after loading I had to wait on them and they didn't close truck door, I did it myself and they scratch my car while loading . Later on that day I saw them again at uhaul and they were speaking English just fine with another female.
