Trevor and Becka were amazing!! They were in great spirits and moved the furniture effortlessly. Their communication was exceptional. They were on time. Told them to load the truck floor to ceiling so we could fit as much as possible. Two thirds of the truck was packed maybe half high at best. Leaving a ton of wasted space. Damage occurred to an expensive piece of furniture because they didnt use furniture pads to cover it while there was more than a dozen left over pads. We also had moving wrap and tie down rope. None of which was used. We also had a box labeled as fragile that they stacked other boxes on and crushed. I dont know if it was laziness or just lack of caring but it was very disappointing and disrespectful to our stuff.

The customer service from the very first contact was amazing. The team members that came to my house and packed everything up and loaded it precisely into the storage unit were great.
