If I could give them zero stars, I would. They were moving so slow. When they went to close the unit, the door was stuck and they tried to force it down. Next, they tried to push the totes in and close it. I went to open it and it wouldn't open. After I got the soor unstuck and opened it, a tote fell on me and another one fell down onto the package marked mirror. I asked them to out some stuff towards the front so I could get to it, they did not. It looks like they threw everthing in there. The furniture is stuck into wire shelbes and haphazardly stacked. There is a dresser on a 45 degree angle the sofa. I have to have someone unpack the unit and put things back in. My desk chair that I was able to reach is broken.

Jarrell and Spike were outstanding! They unloaded all our belongings quickly and efficiently but did not make us feel rushed. They asked and put things where we needed. In addition they are very friendly and personable too. We highly recommend them!
