The guys that came to helpe move were really great! However I did pay for 2 hours and they were only there for one hour. Will I get a refund for $60? I gave each guy $40 as a tip which I feel is am excellent tip for an hours worth. So any information regarding a refund would be nice. Thank you

You get what you pay for. This company packed my truck without very much care. They stacked furniture on top of furniture, and could not be bothered to use the blankets I provided even after I asked them to please use them. They broke a piece of my furniture and pretended that they would take care of fixing it. However, after the move the tried ghosting me and would not return phone calls or text messages. Please spare yourself. If you value your belongings, don’t put them in the care of these movers.
