These guys were amazing! They unpacked my entire Uhaul in literally 30 minutes up 3 flights of stairs. I am very happy with them and will definitely book this company again!

They fit everything in the truck and packed up in a timely manner but when I got to my location discovered they did not use the protectors on the wood and a lot of my furniture was broken. They did not appropriate pack my things.

They wanted to rescheduled, they arrived late. The charged us 166USD for 3 hours of awful services. They broke the TV, they throw part of our furniture in the truck without any care. The carpet is all stain because their dirty shoes. Is clear that they don’t have experience in moving, they don’t bring any equipments for the moving and they were on the phone all or just standing wasting time. Definitely not recommended, very unprofessional.

I hired these guys to help load a truck easy job took them less than 1 hour. The surprise came when we unloaded our furniture. It was clear they had zero proper training or respect to people’s belongings. One of our sideboards was completely ruined the top was scratched horribly. They threw the furniture in carelessly and damaged the handrail dragging things down the stairs. This wasn’t just sloppy it was pure negligence. It honestly felt like this was their very first moving job! No accountability. No apology. Just attitude and excuses. To make it worse, their manager harassed me afterward, demanding a tip they absolutely didn’t earn. She even tried to guilt-trip me by saying they drove from Miami, as if that’s my responsibility!! Total lack of professionalism. If you care about your belongings and expect basic respect as a customer look elsewhere
