The team demonstrated clear communication and efficiency. However, several unexpected issues arose. Empty Gatorade bottles were left on the staircase after I provided them. I had prepared a cash gratuity for two individuals, but an additional person was present. My second Pod was returned without the lock I provided, and no clear explanation was given by the employee. Furthermore, the moving blankets and furniture dolly I supplied were not returned. When I inquired about these items, I was informed that I would need to retrieve them from the storage facility, which is inconvenient given my advanced stage of pregnancy (over 30 weeks). Additionally, an employee expressed frustration regarding the need to move items up one flight of stairs to the apartment, despite prior notification.
