Furniture was damaged while packing into ubox. Unprofessional attitudes. The owner Sergio was unable to provide company documents for insurance for his own moving business. Gave me expired insurance paperwork for different company from 2019. Videos and photos available.

Mover was unloading my container. During one instance he dropped a dining room chair in front of me and the leg broke. The owner immediately assured me that he would contact the claims department for a repair or some sort of resolution. After three days I had not received an update I called him, and he stated it would take 3-5 business days. After not receiving an update after 7 days, I called him and he ignored my calls and stopped answering me. He damaged my furniture, lied to me, and deceived me. Poor customer service.
