This is my second time hiring this team of movers, and they are incredible. I ended up hiring 3 movers for 4 hours - everything from my 3rd floor apartment complex was carried down stairs (no elevator), fit into a 15' U-Haul truck, taken to my storage unit, and unloaded there. They handled everything with care, worked incredibly hard, and finished within the 4 hour time frame. I'd recommend these movers to anyone in need of this service - they are truly exceptional and deserve a 5 star, 10 out of 10 rating. I informed them when I left that I'd be hiring them again for my next move - no question. Thank you so so much for your help! You are all amazing and appreciated. A 2-person crew was supposed to load our truck at one location then follow us over to our new house to then unload the truck. Well, for whatever reason, the 2 people that loaded the truck (and did not do a good job either) refused to follow us to the new house to unload. I called the manager, Diego, and he was unresponsive until I called him from my mother’s phone (very fishy). After awkwardly arguing with his own employees, literally for over an hour (and after me having to make multiple phone calls), he finally said he’d send a different crew over to the new house to finish the job. Low a behold, these 2 were even worse than the first 2 people..and had the absolute worst attitude and literally were throwing out stuff around haphazardly with no care nor regard for our belongings. Worst experience I’ve ever had with movers, and I’ve moved a LOT. Stay away from these people.

They unloaded very quick. I definitely booked more time than they needed. Movers arrived 25 minutes later than expected but it only took two hours instead of the four we thought it would take. Some of the boxes were not where they were expected to be but I didn’t realize it until after the movers had gone home and I was unpacking. They were very nice helpers though.

Diego and partner did not speak much english, but they understood direction and came up to speed quickly about what needed to be done. They genuinely cared about both the property, not damaging the walls, etc. while also being careful about the actual items being delivered as well.
