I would use these folks again. Being prepared was critical. We had everything staged, boxed, wrapped in blankets, and marked for where it goes when unloaded. We also had blankets to protect the furniture from the bumps that would occur in transit. The movers showed up on time and with their own tools. They worked reasonably efficient and were very polite. We had water ready for them when they needed it for a quick break. We saw this as a win-win so they had the energy to handle our stuff with care. When they arrived we showed them everything needing to be moved and suggested to put the beds and heavy dressers in the head of the truck bay. After that they went to work and we only watched and addressed a few times where we wanted extra blanket for protection on metal furniture or between the floor and our glass table or to fill gaps. In the end we had a minor bump on a piece, but everything made it within expectations for a whole house move. Communication was fine.
