We were terribly nervous about moving a 400lb+ safe up a flight of stairs, but the guys from MVP not only got it done but took the time and care necessary to make sure that it was where it needed to go and nothing was harmed in the process. They got the safe, and the rest of our house unloaded right on time, absolutely fantastic experience!

Having a medical condition and not being able to carry heavy things upstairs, I hired a couple of guys from MVP Moving. They were able to show up earlier than the time I had booked, but they called first to make sure that was OK. They worked fast and since I didn't have a whole lot of stuff (Moving into a 1 BR apartment) they were done in under 30 mins. They handled all my stuff with care, and I am extremely happy with the service and professionalism shown. I would recommend them without hesitation. I tipped them with $15 cash each after getting the job done as quickly as they did.

On the day of my move, the movers arrived on time and worked hard in the summer heat. I had a few things that were damaged or dirtied in the process and wish a little more care had been given to my items, but at the end of the day they successfully and efficiently unloaded my moving truck and got all of my belongings inside my new apartment. Overall the service was fine, but I wish there had been more communication both before and during my move. I had to reach out several times to confirm the moving time. Other moving companies I have used called me well in advance to take inventory of what type of furniture I had, how many boxes, if there were stairs or elevators, etc. but MVP Moving did not.

This mover took my unload at 7pm to empty my Uboxes that the previous mover from that morning wouldn’t stay and do. They had this done in a little more than an hour, worked quickly and efficiently. Let them know I added to my address book and if my granddaughter has to move again I will be calling them
