This move was unfortunately a nightmare. I did not speak any Spanish. They did not speak English. It was discouraging and frustrating. They were an hour late. One of the movers did not have any strength so I had to do a ton of lifting and I do not have a good back. All my boxes are stacked terribly. Holes in the wall. Furniture was not handled well. Lots of complaining (I think)? They kept stopping due to rain and seemed frustrated. Honestly it was the worst unload ever. I have moved many times. I reached out to the main contact about the issues and they said to use a translator app and they work hard. I recommend hiring better movers in the future. Such a waste and my stuff is broken and damaged.

Leonel and Jonathan were great. Even tho there was a language barrier, we made it work. They were able to move all of my things into the truck in 2 hours, however because the move was bigger than expected I had to pay for an extra hour of service. They handled my things with care and were very nice.
