Wow! Herrera Moving completely exceeded my expectations! They showed up an entire hour earlier than planned and were unbelievably patient with me while I was juggling work and couldn’t be right there with them. I trusted them 1000 percent in my home, that’s how professional and respectful they were. Their attention to detail, friendliness, and affordability blew me away. The movers were friendly and polite, but our experience was disappointing overall. We booked evening help for Nov 9, 2025 since they offer 24-hour service, yet after payment, they asked to come in the morning at 7am, which greatly delayed our move; and they arrived 10 minutes late. They didn’t bring harnesses and had to use ours, even though our reservation listed a 2–3 bedroom home with two flights of stairs. Most of our furniture items were thrown into the truck & loaded poorly (I took a photo), and before heading to the unload location already provided, they said they needed to stop for gas. The unload location was 1.5 miles from our home and it took them approximately 15 to 20 mins. Then, we were also charged an extra $60 for going past our scheduled 3 hours, even though delays weren’t our fault. Friendly movers, but the process needs improvement. I will not recommend or use again!
