I had several issues with them during my move and unfortunately they stopped replying after my complaint. I obtained their address through U-Haul and will be filing a Police report if I don’t hear back in 3 business days. Luckily I’m married to an attorney. Diego’s team broke beyond repair several of our furniture items, and scratched all of them. They made us pay one extra hour to drive them back to their car when they were supposed to provide their own transportation according to Moving Help policies, and charged us this extra hour through Zelle, which is not permitted. I’m pregnant and I was scared with their attitude and felt helpless, so I paid the extra money, I can’t get aggravated for medical reasons. They were 2 hours late. Diego told me their car was broken, but they told us they were elsewhere doing a move before mine. I don’t recommend them at all. They took advantage of us and I’m not letting it go until I see my money back.
