I would tell my friends and family not to use this service. The 2 guys that came talked the entire time they were there. I asked that my desk get place on the truck first so that it would not be destroyed and once I turned my back for a minute they took it apart. Now I am here trying to put the extended pieces back together. Every room in the house had something left behind. I had totes and boxes in each of the 3 bedroom house and large pieces of furniture, nothing was completely loaded. I ended up getting a second 15 foot U-Haul and my wife and son loaded it to the max. There was so much space not used in the first 26 foot truck. If I could rate them a negative 0 I would.
