Movers were careless with my furniture. Scratched and gouged the vinyl flooring in my apartment and tore the leather of the bottom of my couch. Caused extreme damage to flooring and walls requiring repair. They jumped over my couch and landed laying down when they were putting it in the U-Haul when my 2,000 dollar tv was laying right behind it.
