They were 1.5 hours late. Not sure it was their fault. The job they did loading was great. They were understanding and took care of the couple of items I had that I was concerned about. They respected my request to load the bed so it could be first off the truck. Would definitely use them again. Not going to tip because I only used them for 45 minutes and paid for 2 hours. Would definitely tip if time was closer to 2 hours.

They were very polite and.did a great job moving our furniture out of a 26 ft uhaul.we paid for 4 hours and only ended up taking 3 hrs to unload everything. im not sure if I get a credit back on that or not or how to go about claiming a credit? please advise!
