Zachary was very communicative during the whole process. He is fairly new to the UHaul UBox experience, but has been in the furniture business for awhile. I saw a 5 star review, so decided to give him a try to help star his business. Unfortunately there was a problem that I believe was beyond his control that caused a delay of a day. However, he was communicative through the entire process. When he showed up two boxes were packed efficiently and with care. Zachary is worth giving a shot. I believe he is going to be one of the best. He had a helper Dorian that was very helpful too. Zachary knew how to pack a UBox. Wish I could have him on the other end of the trip.Thanks you two!
