When I booked with B&B moving they reached out to confirm on a weekend, which was professional and helpful. The day of the move, they called and said their first job cancelled so they wanted to come early. I offered half an hour before and he sounded annoyed. The manager informed me when I booked sometimes he brings 3 movers instead of 2, which helps the move go faster, but at no cost to me (I ordered 2 movers for 3 hours). When they arrived 10 minutes early before the new time, the manager said because he brought 3 movers, I would only get 2 hours of service for what I paid. This was not in our contract agreement. They went over 2 hours, resulting in an additional $45 cash fee. Throughout the move, they grabbed things before they were ready, resulting in dirty mattresses and furniture, and insulted my belongings and myself repeatedly. The manager would yell at his employees and was overall highly stressful. The employees kept a positive attitude, but I would not recommend B&B movers.
