3 hours late. Called to tell me they would be an hour and a half late, but were three hours late. Had to ask them to use blankets to not scratch things. Since they were so late, we pretty much had everything very well prepared and it took them 58 minutes, but I was still charged the full amount. They told me it was because they had an extra person.. tweezers
