Miyon and his partner were awesome. They were very thoughtful about uhaul truck space utilization, took care of furniture while loading and unloading. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for loading unloading at affordable price.

This was my first time using a moving company from U-Haul and I did this last minute. 1.5 hours in I was sent a request for 1 more hour as Daniel mentioned he would need another hour to complete the task. I had no problems doing so. The job was completed in a little under 2 hours by about 6 mins. One of the movers came and asked for the a code for payment the job was completed so I gave him the code. I requested a refund for my $84. Daniel confirmed via telephone he would process the refund. After waiting 4 days as there was a holiday and realizing no refund was processed I attempted to call but no response, I also sent text messages as he texted me the day of service, There was no response for that either. For this reason I am not happy with the service. I do believe that this is unethical U-Haul wont refund funds as they are a 3rd party I learnt the hard way.
